History
The Cutting Edge Salon was founded in Warsaw, Indiana in 1993. Prior to 1988, the company was owned by Ron & Julie Richie and Dave & Becky Rhodes, as Fantastic Sam's a franchise, on the East side of town. When the Fantastic Sam's franchise was not renewed in 1993, the Richie's bought out their partner's, and with the help of a few existing employees, the name The Cutting Edge Salon name was chosen. In 1993 Bob Christian purchased The Cutting Edge Salon , from the Richie's. In 1998 Bob moved The Cutting Edge Salon to 2592 Walton Blvd. Warsaw, In 2008 Katheryn Mickem purchased The Cutting Edge Salon, from Bob Christian. In 2021 The Cutting Edge was then moved to 1016 E. Center Street Warsaw. In 2023 The Cutting Edge was moved to 121 Parker Street Warsaw to a Suite, Katheryn had been an employee since 1992.
The Cutting Edge Salon offers services to Men, Woman and Children Hair Cuts, Perms, Colors, Formal Up-dos, Highlights, Facial Waxing and Foot Detox.
